Best Self Care Podcasts to Listen to in 2026

January tends to be a slower month. Life feels quiet, and there’s often more time to rest and check in with yourself. If you want to bring a little more quality self-care into your space, podcasts are one of the simplest ways to do it.

In this blog post, I would like to share with you 6 Apple Podcasts and Spotify shows I genuinely enjoy and keep coming back to. Most of these became my favourites in 2025, and they’ve earned their place in 2026 too. Each podcast brings something different, but the mix is powerful: mindset, health, emotions, and everyday balance.

Let’s get straight to the list:

1. The Diary Of A CEO (Business and Personal Growth)

Steven Bartlett is a British entrepreneur, investor, and author. He created The Diary Of A CEO to share honest, unfiltered conversations with CEOs, experts, therapists, and leaders. It’s the kind of podcast that makes you think bigger, question old patterns, and take action in real life.

And for me, DOAC is also a little corner of the internet to dream boldly, think openly, expand your awareness, and feel more connected.

2. Astrology of the Week Ahead with Chani Nicholas (Self-reflection and weekly guidance)

Chani Nicholas talks you through the week ahead with a calm, clear overview of what’s happening in the sky and how it might affect your energy, emotions, and choices.

You don’t have to be an “astrology person” to enjoy this. Think of it as a weekly reflection tool. If you enjoy journaling, setting intentions, or noticing patterns in your life, this podcast fits perfectly.

3. Yogaland with Andrea Ferretti & Jason Crandell (Yoga and lifestyle)

I started listening to Yogaland years ago and it’s still one of my favourites. Andrea’s style is down-to-earth, smart, and very real. She often talks with her husband Jason Crandell, and their conversations are gold for yoga teachers and committed students.

There are 300+ episodes covering yoga teaching techniques, sequencing, and how to apply yoga tools in everyday life. Andrea & Jason also bring in great guest teachers who share their experience in a way that feels practical and insightful.

4. Huberman Lab (Psychology and science)

Dr. Andrew Huberman breaks down neuroscience and human biology in a structured, practical way. Science lovers, this is a gem!

I go to this podcast when I want the science behind focus, sleep, stress, habits, recovery, and performance. Some episodes are long, but they’re worth saving and returning to. It’s like having a personal library of modern health and psychology lessons.

5. Hidden Brain (Psychology and human behaviour)

Hosted by Shankar Vedantam, it explores the hidden patterns behind how we think, make decisions, and connect with other people. It’s psychology, but told through real stories and everyday situations, so it feels relatable rather than clinical.

If you’re curious about why you repeat certain habits, why you react in certain ways, or why relationships can feel complicated, this podcast is a smart and easy place to start. I’m deep in the 'Hidden Brain' rabbit hole, it’s my go-to for understanding the psychology behind our everyday 'glitches.'

6. Tara Brach (Meditation and mindfulness)

Tara Brach, PhD is an internationally known meditation teacher and author of Radical Acceptance, True Refuge, and Radical Compassion.

Her podcast is a mix of talks and guided meditations that bring you back to the present with a lot of warmth and clarity. Each episode offers a deep exhale - a practice that has become my most effective way to quiet the noise and soften the pressure I put on myself

Before you go ;)

I’m sharing these 6 podcasts with you because they’ve genuinely helped me. Different topics, different voices, but together they create a kind of life library that supports growth, calm, and clarity.

If you listen, tell me which one you enjoyed most. Share this with a friend who would love a fresh January reset, and if you have any questions, message me anytime.
