For the past three years, I’ve had the pleasure of leading weekly yoga and Pilates sessions for students at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). These sessions are part of the LSE Halls WellbeingProgramme and take place both in university halls and on the student union campus.
Our classes range from dynamic flows and energising Pilates to calming breathwork and restorative practices. These sessions help students feel grounded, balanced, and supported through the pressures of academic life.

Yoga classes with Oksana are my favourite weekly activity! Her classes help me to be more aware of myself and my body, reserved and stay in shape. The variety of practices makes me excited about every class.
