Hi, I’m Oxana, and I believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s a way to return home to yourself.

For nearly 20 years, yoga has been my guide through change, transformation, and self-discovery. My personal practice began at sixteen with Hatha Yoga, drawn to its meditative depth. Over time, explorations led to the intensity of Ashtanga, the creativity of Vinyasa, and the deep surrender of Yin Yoga.
My Story
What started as a personal practice soon became the foundation of a new life path. Leaving behind a career in aviation, I followed this calling, training extensively across Europe, Russia, and India to earn my 500-hour RYT senior yoga teacher certification. Today, I share this experience through private classes, retreats, and workshops in London and around the world, guiding students to reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and stillness.
This journey led to the creation of the Practical Spirituality Method — a way to blend modern Western movement science with ancient Eastern yoga wisdom, helping students find strength, softness, and self-connection on and off the mat. More than just physical practice, yoga is about balance, presence, and joy in everyday life.
